Preparation for 2007 hurricane season

At May 15th. began the "official" hurricane season although no "action" is expected before at least August this year. The first meeting in Cabo San Lucas was headed by Mayor Luis Armando Diaz yet the "real" jefe for preventive actions and coordinations with the federal pollice, the mexican navy, port captain, bomberos and red cross is Francisco Cota, the boss of the Civil Protection Unit.
Experts forecast for this hurricane season some14 hurricanes to hit on the Pacific side. Half of them should be rated as tropical storms, the rest are predicted to become threatening hurricanes. Hopefully they will not come ashore and stay somewhere out there…..!! They named the hurricanes already for the upcoming season that will be declared as officialy ended on November 15th. 2007. How about Alvin, Barbara, Cosme, Dalila, Erick to name a few. Dont want to write all down - sounds like calling them. Let's hope for the best and may all the predictions be wrong….
